Bayo is a Wall Street veteran with over 20 years of investment banking experience having worked at some of the most prestigious firms in the industry including American Express, J.P. Morgan, HSBC and Citibank in a variety of front office senior management roles. Bayo has successfully partnered to complete over
$5 billion in related Corporate Banking/Trade Finance transactions.

Bayo was born in Brooklyn New York, and graduated from Hofstra University with a dual B.B.A.
in Marketing & International Business. With a naturally keen eye for fashion, design and art,
Bayo sought to memorialize his passion for culture through the conception of
Saint Gabriel Gardens. Bayo currently resides in the North Shore of Long Island
New York with his wife Melanie, and two children.
